
Jeremy Matineau is the Director of the Centre for Studies in Rural Ministry and Programme Leader for the MA in Rural Ministry, validated by York St John University. He is a selfemployed consultant in Research, Training, and Tourism in Rural Communities, and Development Officer (Wales) for Hidden Britain Centres. Previously, Jeremy has held the following posts: National Rural Officer for the Church of England; Archbishop's Rural Officer; Rural Affairs Chaplain (Diocese of Bristol); Agricultural Chaplain (Diocese of Carlisle); and Industrial Chaplain (Diocese of Durham). He was also the founding Editor for the magazine Country Way, which provides ideas, information, and inspiration for rural people and their churches.
