Background
Emyr Williams is a Research Fellow at the St Mary's Centre and a Research Fellow at the Warwick Religions and Education Research Unit at the University of Warwick. Born and educated in Wales, Emyr attended the University of Wales, Bangor, where he studied for a BTh in Theology. In 2004, he began postgraduate research work at the University of Wales, Bangor in Practical Theology, supervised by Professor Leslie J Francis. He gained his MPhil
in 2006 and his PhD in 2008 from Bangor University.
